Should you require a refund, you must make your request within 24 hours of delivery.
Please let us know as soon as possible if your order:
- Is missing items that you were charged for on the final receipt.
- Contains damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable items.
If we have identified any stock outs for the items you were charged at the time of order fulfilment, you will be notified via email and your refund process will start immediately.
The amount refunded may take up to 10 days to show in your bank account, depending on your bank.
